I submitted a form from the website multiple times last week with no reply.

Can someone reach out to me? @will @marekparticle

I have questions regarding volume pricing on B series and tech support availability.

Hi @waterguynv - how did you contact us? Via support.particle.io or via a Sales Form?

If the latter - since I don’t see a ticket in the former (?) - can you please create a ticket at support.particle.io and we will prioritize a response! (If you did submit a ticket and I just can’t find it, can you DM me the ticket number?)
