I have tried contacting Particle sales three times in the last month and have not received any response (or even an acknowledgment that my inquiries have been received). Is this sales form still being received and reviewed? Is there a backlog in the sales department?
Hey @LloydChristmas sorry that you haven’t been able to get in touch successfully. I will follow-up internally to see what happened. Usually a technology glitch or possible that a response got stuck in a spam filter.
Either way, will get to the bottom of it!

Any tips on who to contact? 6 weeks and no support for sales… I needed to put together a bid that would have required couple dozen E series modules. I hope you got to bottom of it…
