Is there any Particle guys out here? I tried to “ask an expert” from particle.io web site because I have a huge project to build for a corporate customer and wanted to use Electron devices. I need to start with 100 Asset Tracker and have a quotation for my POC. All I have is an automated bot answer

But I still have no answer since monday morning and my customer is challenging me every day on this.
I would love to have help to grow my business, but without any real sales contact or any answers it does not help at all.

thank you for this link, I was not aware of. Looks like not my day, I applied twice form the link you provided, but did not receive any email or confirmation, and once I validate I’m redirected on apply page
As I haven’t got a company I can sign up with, I haven’t had access to the wholesale store. I can imagine it might require some kind of manual verification, hence the ‘application’, though I’m not sure of this.
Might be best to wait for @rickkas7’s input at this point.
This was resolved by DM. However, a few tips in general:
Signing up with the same email you use for your Particle account (https://build.particle.io, etc.) will make your life easier.
If you keep looping back to the beginning when it seems like you should be logging in, open up https://console.particle.io and log in. Then, in another tab, open the wholesale store.
Can anyone provide me a email to sales team in private?
I’m still waiting since 7 days for an answer. My customer is waiting for me and I’m starting to loose any credibility because I can’t get in touch with any Particle service.
