Any success with talking to support directly?

Has anyone had any luck getting on the phone with Particle? They messed up a pretty large wholesale Electron order for me, and I can’t seem to make any progress on the support side besides their email channel.

The last support ticket for the email address associated with your community account was in May. What is the ticket number for your support request and I can find out why you didn’t get a response.

I dropped that address an email with my order details and issue but didn’t receive any confirmation. Got a couple business development peeps on the phone but they weren’t too keen to help.
