Particle support trouble

I am currently using a mobile device and I am wondering if there is a phone number to call for particle support. When I try to open a ticket, the form never loads completely so I cannot see what to put in each section. I have had a problem with a Mesh Preorder and am wondering what to do.

Update: I was able to fill out a support form on a computer. Apparently there is some problem with mobile devices. Anyway, I will be sure to use no time I have a problem. Thank you @ninjatill for your suggestion. I appreciate your help.


For some issues stating your actual issue in the forum may have quicker turn around and helps limit the amount of support tickets to only necessary ones.
