Xenon not connecting to mesh network

I have two Xenons and two Argons. Both of the Argons setup up to the wifi just fine and I created a mesh network for each… net1 and net2

My issue is that the Xenons never get past the connection to mesh network process.
The phone is a Samsung Note 8 and the firmware of all the particle devices is current @ 0.9

I’ve attempted to add with assisting device
I’ve attempted to add new device immediately after config of the Argon

the result is always the same.

Suggestions?

Please do the following:

  • in the mobile app, tap the little document icon next to MY DEVICES
  • tap Clear
  • go through device setup until it fails or doesn’t continue
  • go back to the logs screen, send the Current Log to yourself
  • copy/paste the log’s contents to an unlisted paste at https://pastebin.com/
  • PM me the pastebin link. (Alternatively you can open a ticket on the support page and attach the log to it, but please include a link to this thread.)

Hi @codiak

It looks like setup is failing when trying to tell the cloud about adding that device to the mesh. Can you try setting up a new mesh network and try adding the device to that new network?
