Web IDE: No Devices Yet [SOLVED]

Just tried using the Web IDE for the first time but my Photon can't seem to be located. Under devices, it says "No devices yet" and when I try to add device and paste my device id, it says "Device with this id is already present". The led is breathing cyan and I am able to connect to it via Iphone so I'm not sure what the issue is. A bit of background on my Photon, I just resolved this issue:

Can you log out and in again and make sure the email used it the same as the mobile app?

Hey thanks @kennethlimcp, got it working after logging in/out a couple times. Not sure what the issue was because my email was consistent. Thanks again!!
