Was 0.7.0 ever released?

Hi All,

Pardon me if this question is coming late and has already been answered, but I have not been able to find the answer. When I look at the pulldown on the online IDE for choosing release versions I see this:

I’ve checked the thread Particle Firmware Updates Thread: and it doesn’t look like a release version of 0.7.0 ever occurred. It goes from 0.7.0 Release Candidate 7 straight into 0.8.0 Release candidate 1. The last official release occurred November 17th, 2017 with 0.6.3. Is this correct? I guess 0.7.0 will never release?
