We are in Rwanda and we are facing a major network issue, Currently, all our cellular devices (BORON) using MTN Rwanda nano SIM cards are unable to access the Particle cloud even if they have active internet connectivity. We have lost all connection to these devices. Devices using WiFi or Airtel Rwanda are working.
I also tried to access the Particle console on my phone using the MTN network and that also didn't work.
Do you know the reason for this?
