Hello, I am a student that is using the core for a project, but it seems that the core i am trying to use has been registered to an unknown email that i cannot find the owner of. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me claim this core on my email or unclaim the core in general.
If you can get the deviceID, you can request a transfer from the web IDE. In the devices section, click add a device, then enter the ID. It should then ask you if you want to request a transfer of ownership. If, after having given that a try, the former owner doesn’t respond, send an email to hello[at]particle.io with the device ID, and reference this topic.
