Unclaimed but can't reclaim

RESOLVED: Removing the device from the product in my personal account resolved the issue. I think the unclaim operation should either do this automatically or warn the user that the unclaimed device is still in a product.

I unclaimed a Boron from my personal account through the Web IDE. The operation appears to have been successful as it no longer shows in the console's list of devices.

Now logged into my business account, when going through "Setup Particle Devices", when I try to assign it to a product (page 3/4 - Organize your Particle device) the assignment fails and the error message is that the device is claimed by someone else. It also fails when I attempt the claim through the Web IDE.

Suggestions? Do I need to wait some period of time for the initial unclaim to propagate through Particle infrastructure?

thanks...

UPDATE: When I run Device Doctor, it lists my business email for account email" under "User Information" which seems that it's particallt migrated over.
UPDATE: It's still in a product in my personal account.

Yes, that is the expected behavior. Claiming and product ownership are unconnected by design, because the use case of removing claiming while maintaining the device in a product is often the desired behavior.

The error message when claiming could make that much more obvious, however.

Thanks Rick
