How would you go about claiming a previously claimed device? I aquired 2 Borons and can't seem to claim them. I am assuming it is because they are been claimed already by the previous owner. Also they will not connect to the cloud so I am assuming their internal SIM has been disabled and needs to be re-enabled.
Can I contact Particle to have them "clear" things on their end so it is as-if they are new unclaimed device? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, I will DM the device ID's to Support. I appreciate the help. I did try going through the setup tool and reset etc.
