Is it hard to claim a device?

Since yesterday I am trying to setup 2 new photons with Particle APP and I am having a hard time to claim the device.
The app get stuck as “Verifying Product Ownership”. I already reset the particle, my account. The device just came out of the box. Any suggestion??

How exactly did you attempt that? Neither should have any effect on the claiming process though.
What is the Photon currently doing? LED colors/patterns?

If you've got the CLI installed, that's often the most solid way to configure the device. A 'particle update' should get the device to the most up to date version, whereas 'particle setup' or 'particle serial wifi' should allow you to configure the credentials.
