I received my Spark Core package yesterday. Unfortunately, I only received 3 of the 6 that I ordered. The outer customs declaration label says the package should contain 3 with the chip antenna and 3 with the uFL
antenna. Inside the package however, I only received 3 Spark Cores with the chip antenna.
I sent an email to hello@spark.io, but I am not certain how often this email address is monitored. I would like to know as soon as possible if I will be receiving the additional ones in the mail or if I need to do a reject payment due to undelivered items. Is there someone that I can contact directly instead of the generic hello@spark.io email address?
So sorry to hear this Larry! We just received a shipment of Cores here in the US so we’ll send directly from California (and we’ll look into what happened!)
Wow. Thanks for the quick turnaround. I was both excited and disappointed when I received my package yesterday. Glad to see that it will be back to excitement soon
