Our sim has been stuck on updating since the 6th of November. We have done all we can to get our tracker board to connect to the cellular network. I think with the sim stuck on updating, we can really do anything.
I have submitted two support tickets and is yet to get a response from the support team.
Anyone with a solution to this?

I am experiencing the same issue. I’ve tried factory reset and still won’t connect. In the dashboard under sims it just says updating. Need a way to resolve this.
