I’m trying to activate a Boron LTE and the SIM is showing “Updating” for the last 12 hours. Is there anyway I can reset this?
Hi, I do not know any way, but I remember from last time I activated a sim on a boron, it mentioned that if you can wait for 1-2 days, please wait or otherwise contact particle support.

It has been close to 48 hours and I’m not getting anywhere with this device. This is really discouraging.
May be time to contact particle support? They are quick to respond…
