SIM Card Stuck On Updating


When I look at my Particle Console webpage, my SIM card status is stuck on “Updating…” any clues? See screenshot below.


I have been checking a few day later and still the same the status is the same.


It can take between minutes and a couple days for the SIM to activate or deactivate for certain types of SIM cards. If it doesn’t switch to the appropriate state, submit a support request with the SIM ICCID that is stuck and they can check to see if there a problem with it.

@rickkas7, Thanks for the response. But this SIM card had been working for the past 4 weeks prior.
I have submitted a Support Ticket for this nevertheless.
