Service Paused - Please Help

Hi, I had a bug in my software that caused excessive usage, and I reached the 100k mark over the last month.

Yesterday, the monthly usage was reset. I got a notification:
”Your free Sandbox's service has been reactivated”
but it is still paused for some reason. Thank you.

It’s been 2 days since my sandbox was reset but all my devices are still Paused/Suspended. Can anyone help? :weary_face: Thank you
