Suddenly I got the following although I didn’t change anything on my side recently/ just having one pp2 connected time to time via WiFi to the cloud since long time:

Go To Billing Page” - what I did wrong?

It appears that you have a device that subscribes to an event.

Some external service is publishing an enormous number events that are being received by this device. This could be a webhook reply or something that uses the Particle cloud API to generate events.

Each event received by a device counts as a data operation.

How do I can minimise the frequency if so?

You can look at the external service mentioned. If you control it, you can try and reduce the frequency there.
