I have some Argon and Boron devices I use for teaching. I had the students register the devices but in some cases they didn't unregister. I was told through the support email that I should tag @Colleen who can help with this. Thank you for the help!
Argons can often be force unclaimed using this technique. There is no self-serve way to release Borons and other cellular devices that are claimed to individual accounts. A list of Device IDs will be necessary to release them.
