Hi team, I have a problem that I need to solve as quickly as possible, I would appreciate if you could help me
I am a university student, I have a particle argon that I used several years ago and I plan to use it again for an IoT course, however I no longer have access to the email and password with which I registered my product in the first place, and when I try to register it again I get the following message
"Another account already owns this device. Ask the owner to release the device before continuing"
Is there a way to force the deletion of my old email so I can use it again? Thanks
