Hi, looking for help. Very new to this and I messed up setting up my boron. After looking on the site and this forum I was put on the right path but now when I try to set up the boron it says it is claimed by another user account. I got it right out of the package and I only have one account. Looks like I messed up the first time when trying to set it up. Looked but don’t know how to contact someone at Particle. How do I get my product unclaimed totally so I can start over? Any help appreciated. Thanks
