Problem to CLAIM Argon

Hello,
I've used Particle Argon previously in laboratories. We created groups. The students didn't delete the Argons from the groups.
This year I wanted to reuse the argons, but we can't do CLAIM Operation. The message says that possibly the product is not UNCLAIM or is part of a group.
Is it possible to free the argons and reallocate them to other students?

Thank you, I've solved the problem, I've contacted the former students and they've UNCLAIM the Argons from their account.
Now We can CLAIM the Argons
