Photon Setup Failed at "Verify Product Ownership"

Yeh sorry its breathing cyan. Is there any limitation to add number of photon to particular account ?

I guess there is (naturally) but I doubt you’ll hit that limit just yet :wink:
How many devices have you got?
You can tey to claim the device via CLI which might give you more feedback about the reason it failed.

@ScruffR Thanks i tried your suggestion and was successfully able to claim photon to my account via CLI . But problem is that i am unable to claim same device with my mobile app on same account, but if claimed to another account using app it gets claimed successfully. What might be the issue? please guide.

I’ve no clue, since there might be multiple reasons “hidden” behind the one error message the app gives you.
If you really need to know, maybe @Dave (or any other Particle employee) can have a look at the logs (round about the time you had a failing attempt).
