Photon not connecting to WPA2 Enterprise Wifi network

Hi i am trying to get a Photon connecto to a WPA2 Enterprise wifi network of my University, the network is protected so the IT’s expert to create a WPA2 subnet through a router without the same level of protection. In my device I have also runner the Particle Doctor so set it up again, but I cannot get it connected. It blinks still green and then cyan. I attach the logs hoping that someone can help me.

It looks like you have probably successfully connected to Wi-Fi but DNS failed:

  • The DHCP server for your network is returning DNS server 192.168.0.2
  • Either there is not a DNS server at that address, or it’s blocking access to device.spark.io
