Photon 2 Setup - Cannot detect particle device. Blinking dark blue plugged into USB port. Don't know what to do now.

The most common reason is that the Micro USB cable you are using is power-only and does not support data and thus it can't be used for setup.

Is this Windows (which version?), Linux, or Mac?
