Photon 2 not recognized on usb

I keep trying to setup my new Photon2, but its not showing up on any usb port. Also it is constantly flashing blue. can anyone help me get it setup.

I have the same issue. I have 2 Photon 2's and neither will show up via web browser or CLI when plugged in. They both flash blue. I also tried on 2 different PCs. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to set these up?

I switched to a different USB cable & it works!
