I am interested in upgrading from my existing growth plan –> Professional plan specifically for the need to enable Verizon connectivity on the fleet. I submitted the request on Contact sales | Particle 9-10 days ago but still have not heard back from my request. I’m sure like most companies Particle Operates on a Skelton crew over Thanksgiving week but was hoping to have an initial engagement by now.
Could one of the fine people at Particle give the sales team a friendly poke for me or happy to send someone a DM or email as well as well. Just let me know what the process is.
