Just wanted to give some Kudos to Particle and whoever was a part of the process to automate upgrading to Growth. I think I submitted the form here Upgrade to Growth Plan and 10 maybe 15 minutes and my account was upgrade to growth with all devices operational. 
Whoever from particle put together that automation script...thank you, it's much appreciated.
