I’m trying to log in to my particle account and I put in my user name and password and its one of them is incorrect so I click on I forgot my password and when I put in my Email I get this error message “multiple existing users match this email address brilanjrohan@gmail.com - must be more specific using user_id (1472010301745-9125051788).” I emailed Hello@Particle.io and they didn’t email me back, what should I do.
When did you mail them?
You need to be aware of their office hours and that they don’t exactly wait for your mail, but have other mails to work through before yours too.
