[SOLVED]Can't log into Particle app

I’ve had it running on my iPad mini before, but now it’s not letting me log in. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.

When I try to log in as an existing user, I get an “incorrect password” error.

When I try to reset the password, I get a prompt for my email address, press the RESET PASSWORD button, then I see another screen (brownish color scheme, not blue like the Particle app), get prompted for my email address again (!) and then get a “user not found” error. If I try to create a new account through the app using my email address, the app tells me that I already have an account.

I’m stuck in some weird loop! What the heck is going on?
