Can't login to "particle setup"

I can login to the community (obviously), but I just installed the CLI on my laptop and it refuses my login and also refuses to set up a new account if I try to use the email on my current account here. So it sees me in the community, but resists my credentials (that seem OK everywhere else).

The forum account and the developer account are two individual/separate things.

You can create a developer accound via, or via the mobile app.

This creates a requirement to have two different email accounts. Is there a way around this? Oops, must have established an account and didn’t realize it was different. Thanks.

You can use the same email account for both Particle accounts.
