Haven't received my Electron, it was "Delivered, to original sender"

Hi guys,

I’m so sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but I’ve already opened two tickets(Ticket number: 36500 and 36508) about it and didn’t hear anything further since 24 hours ago.

The item I bought was somehow returned to sender yesterday.

I feel bit worried only because my office will close for Christmas soon and I need the item to be posted to my home address instead. I’ve put the details in my tickets. I don’t know if anyone has received my message or not.

Please let me know how it’s going if it’s possible.
