Failed to setup Boron (3G) mesh network/stand alone

Hello, I have a problem when FIRST SETUP on my Boron. After successfully paired, I want it to be used in mesh network. But its says “Setup has encountered an error…”. I also try click NO, DONT USE IN MESH button, but, it keep saying same error message. Is there any solution ? I have TWO of it and the problem is same. Is it my phone or the board ? Thank You

Hard to say what the reason for this is, but what does the RGB LED of the Boron do during and after that process?

The LED is still blinking blue like before start scanning barcode.
