Electron Unresponsive/ Dead

Hello,

I have an Electron that won’t boot up right. As soon as I connect the Lipo and MicroUSB power, the blue LED on D7 glows very dim and the status LED never comes on. The device is not detected on the serial port. I don’t know what is going on. The last operation performed on the device was an update. How do I factory reset the device over USB? Please help!
