Device(s) location: Boulder, Colorado
Device 1: E-Series Dev Kit (info available for DM)
– Last connected on: Nov 9th 2017, 11:28 am (re-attempted without success on 11/27/17)
Device 2: E-Series Dev Kit (info available for DM)
– Has never connected (first attempt on 11/27/17)

Possible Causes
- Both devices may be stuck in “Test Mode”, however it’s not clear to me if they are both “stuck”.
- “Your modem APN/password/username may be wrong” seems relevant.
