After originally working with Electrons, we now have moved over to E-series. For whatever reason, the time to claim an E-series (reach pulsing cyan) is on the order of several hours to days. Never had this issue previously with Electrons. Issue with registering E-sims?
This originally happened a couple months ago, and at the time I assumed it was an issue with the telephony partner. However, I am now in the process of claiming another batch of E-series, and again, run into the same issue. I’ve had the devices connected for several hours, and they are still flashing green.
Other relevant info:
- the email confirming SIM card activation is received almost immediately after entering ICCD.
- located in Canada (Rogers network?)
- cell reception is pretty good in the area, but not amazing.
Anyone else run into this? I doubt there is a ‘fix’ per-se, but wanted to understand other peoples experiences with this.
