Having trouble with a E Series

I am having issues with my particle e series …This is the first time I have seen this it doesnt seem to want to connect to the cloud …I ran particle doctor and this was at the end of the setup

The Doctor didn’t complete successfully. Cannot destructure property ‘protocol’ of ‘undefined’ as it is undefined. > Please visit our community forums for help with this error:

Can you describe the exact color codes the RGB LED (if present) provides?
Can you run particle serial inspect (in Listening Mode) and post the result?
Can you try Safe Mode?
Have you checked the status of the SIM?
You could flash a cloud-debug firmware (see here) and post the log?

I think this is something you should file a support ticket for (unless you are using a 3rd party SIM on an E-Series which happens to require a PIN  )

Thank you
