COULD NOT FETCH INFORMATION ON THIS SIM Error Message

Cannot access my newest Boron's SIM card information on the console. Older Boron works just fine.

Thanks I tried importing my Boron's ICCID to no avail as well as the message when I click on SIM that I already forwarded in the Boron's cone in the SIM tab. Do I need to forward my message to @Colleen or have you already done that.
