Cannot reclaim a Xenon

I have a xenon that I connected to a mesh network during initial setup. I’m not sure it completed successfully. I tried to program it and failed so I decided to try and reset it up. I unclaimed it, and now is is flashing blue and I am unable to claim it with the phone app or set it up using the CLI.I was able to reflash the firmware with the CLI. I searched the web and this forum for help but since I did not find anything except a hint to email hello@particle, I thought I would post here before sending the email.
Device id and serial particle inspect results are listed below. Hopefully posting the id isn’t a security risk to me. Thanks.

@ThingParticle, you may not want to post your DeviceID, it could allow someone else to be malicious and try to claim if it’s not claimed to your account. Knowing it also allows others to use the API to potentially listen to the data you’re sending (if not private)

Do you have an error code associated with the failure you’re seeing?

Hi @ThingParticle - I echo @jaredwolff’s sentiment above re: device ID!

First, generally speaking, it is rarely useful to unclaim one’s device in the Troubleshooting process! All unclaiming does is hide the visibility of your device from the Console; in most cases (and until it’s reclaimed by another user) unclaiming one’s device doesn’t change anything material about the device.

From there - have you given Mesh Setup via USB a chance? I see you’ve tried to flash firmware with CLI, but I’m wondering if you were able to use the particle mesh add function? Echoing the above request (again), if you attempted to use this command did CLI provide you with any errors?

Finally, I’m curious to learn about your Gateway - is it breathing blue throughout this process?
