Boron not connecting after data limit increase - its been out nearly 24 hours now. help required desperately

My Boron 3g reached its data limit then paused sim… no problem. I then increased data limit and am still waiting for connection. Drove 60 miles to reset it and still nothing… Its coming up 9 hours now since I increased the data limit…

I receive this message when the data limit is increased…

Adding my recent experience…
Boron 2G/3G device exceeded data limit and disconnected (yesterday). I increased the limit (did not see any errors) but the device would not reconnect after almost 24 hours. Manually reset / cycled power and it still would not connect. I happened to remove the boron from the carrier board I had it in and then it connected.
The device has been running fine for about a month in this carrier board and is running fine now after reinstalling it there.
My experience may very well be a coincidence and have nothing to do with exceeding the data limit but I find these series of events very suspicious.
