Xenon stopped connecting

Device will not OTA from normal (cyan breathing) or safe mode (purple breathing).

Serial output is

0000032491 [comm.protocol] ERROR: Event loop error 1
0000032492 [system] WARN: Communication loop error, closing cloud socket
0000032878 [comm.dtls] WARN: skipping hello message

Eventually safe mode times out and previous app runs - but is not executing properly. Time is not being retrieved from cloud (app has a LCD that displays time of day)

Any Ideas?

Problem solved - looks a particle cloud connectivity issue from my location.
