Which particle IoT board to select for remote data logging application

Hi,
We have a remote logging application that collects a large amount of data (images/text - 5MB/day) and uploads this data to an FTP server on an hourly basis.

Which cellular capable board would be most appropriate for this application:
Particle Boron LTE, Particle Boron 2g/3g or Particle Electron 2g/3g.

Also is the Particle Boron 2g/3g or Particle Electron 2g/3g available as a singular item, I could only find them as part of a kit.

Any help is much appreciated.
