Where did my device T SOM T402M go?

Hi, I had a device registered to my account previously (T402). My cloud account no longer shows the device and will not let me add the device giving the error about couldn't be added due to an invalid device

If you direct message me the ICCID, Serial Number, or Device ID I can look it up. Click on my icon, then select Message.

Actually I found it. Because it's an unclaimed product device, it will not show in your sandbox device list.

Open your test product (for Asset Tracker), and it will be in that device list.

You can't import it again because it's already a member of a product.
