I have a Tracker One Model ONE402M that has been in storage for several months. It was working fine when I put it away, but now I’ve recharged it and it will not connect to the cloud. All I get is a blinking green LED. I tried re-flashing it with the latest Tracker_Edge repo, but no luck. Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this device?
Hi Mike- If you dm me the tracker id I can take a look! Flashing green means it’s having trouble connecting.The troubleshooting docs may be helpful to you. How’s the coverage in your area?
