Tracker one problem

I have a problem with tracker one, after some days that is used 2.95 MB and after that it cant try to connect to cloud.
please help me

HI @Mehran.C What is the LED Status that you see? If it is Blinking Green, the device cannot connect to the cloud. If it persists, please log a ticket at support.particle.io with the Cloud Debug logs.

there are 3 LEDs , first is OFF , second is Blue, this is Yellow (charging)
