Hello, I have a new Tracker One that will not connect to the cloud after completing the initial setup. On the device dashboard, it says the sim is active, but the status is waiting to connect and the last handshake says never connected.
I have tried device restore over usb shown here:
and this is the Serial monitor output after a successful device restore:
Has anybody else run into this issue? Is there something wrong with the sim?
Is there more log below that? It looks like it's not even attempting to connect to cellular.
You may want to try using particle serial monitor to see if there's anything else.

What SKU is your tracker? 404 or 524?
What region are you in?
On the back of the device, it says the model is ONE523M, and I am in North America, West Coast
Unfortunately the ONE523 will only work in Europe/the rest of the world. It's not supported in North America (modem bands)
