Using Boron 404x in India

Hello All,

I understand that Particle doesn't support Boron outside of North America. However, we want to test deploy Boron 404x for our application in India. I am suspecting that we may need to use a 3rd-party SIM to connect to internet, but I am not sure. I wanted to see if any of you have tried and successfully implemented Particle Boron in India. If so, would you please share me any tutorials or guide me in the right direction.

It appears that no carriers in India support LTE Cat M1 at this time, so the BRN404X cannot be used in India, even with a 3rd-party SIM card. There may be support for LTE Cat NB1 in some areas, but the Boron cannot use NB1.

Also, Device OS only enables bands used in North America, and only has United States and Canada certification.
