if someone sold me a used particle photon 2, how do i install it on my account and make it work? or how do i reset it to factory mode?
P.S. explain me about how to use console I mean what does sandbox, products mean
You should use setup.particle.io and follow the instructions to connect the Photon 2 by USB to your computer and complete the setup process.

is there any way to reset it to factory mode, like a new photon? and what happen if it says that the "product" is not correct or sandbox or something like that
If a used device was not released from its product or unclaimed, support will need the Device ID or serial number of the device to release it for you, along with some basic info to show that the device was not stolen, which is why you can't just release it yourself.

A picture of the device with a clear image of the serial number data matrix code would also work. If you have any information about the user you bought it from, that would be helpful to include.
