Are vias under the Tracker SOM okay? If not what are the restricted areas?
Vias are OK under the Tracker SoM except in the two tRestrict areas in the footprint.
There are exposed manufacturing test pads on the bottom of the SoM in these two rectangles (red with dots), and to be safe you should avoid traces on the top layer and visa in these two areas.
This doesn't look like the Tracker SOM.
